Tim McKenna - starting out as an operating engineer Tim worked his way through college earning a BS in Business Management, further learning skills in engineering, construction and land development formed McKenna general engineering

Jason Caufield brings extensive mechanical knowledge and experience with large CAT equipment such as dozers, scrapers and loaders. Ed Slavoutsky - (Director of Operations) Ed is a registered civil engineer with the state of California and has over 30 years experience in construction management. Key strengths are managing and facilitating large infrastructure projects including bridges, dams, channels, roadways and schools. Ed joined the McKenna team in 2008.

Sen Logonathan - ( Project Engineer) Sen has a masters degree in civil engineering from Texas. Sen started with McKenna 2004 as an engineer and now runs the project management and estimating department. Key strengths are project management and engineering.

Courtney Penteado - (Controller) Graduated with a BS degree in Business Administration. Has worked in both public and private accounting and is highly skilled in construction accounting. Courtney joined McKenna in 2007.

Cindy Lindsay - (Dispatch/ Purchasing) Cindy has over 20 years in the construction industry with a unique emphasis on managing dispatch operations, accounting administration and office management.
